What We Will Do Together:

  • Step 1: If you received a missing/wrong/expired/damaged product, submit a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please raise a request here with order number and contact details
  • You can also drop an email to support@banetion.com
  • Step 2 – Allow us 3 working days to review your return request. However, we will try our best to address your concern on the same day.
  • Step 3 – We will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you after reviewing your return request.
  • Step 4 – When we receive your product(s), we will compare it to the claim and initiate the replacement or refund process. Please keep in mind that replacement is subject to stock availability..
  • Step 5 – Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned products..

what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, original invoice, etc.) missing.
  • The incorrect/damaged/missing/expired product is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
