What We Will Do Together:
- Step 1: If you received a missing/wrong/expired/damaged product, submit a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery
- Please raise a request here with order number and contact details
- You can also drop an email to support@banetion.com
- Step 2 – Allow us 3 working days to review your return request. However, we will try our best to address your concern on the same day.
- Step 3 – We will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you after reviewing your return request.
- Step 4 – When we receive your product(s), we will compare it to the claim and initiate the replacement or refund process. Please keep in mind that replacement is subject to stock availability..
- Step 5 – Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned products..
what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, original invoice, etc.) missing.
- The incorrect/damaged/missing/expired product is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product bought by mistake.
- Product no longer needed.
