The arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India, and the language of the arbitration will be English.

Any decision or award made by an arbitral tribunal appointed under this provision is binding on the Parties. The Parties agree that any arbitration award may be enforced by the Parties against the relevant Party’s assets, wherever those assets may be found, and that judgement on any arbitration award (wherever necessary) may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction thereof.

Each party is responsible for their own arbitration costs, including any legal fees.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available on any of our sites in any location.

Product exchanges will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, unwashed and undamaged, and subject to the following terms:

Return / Exchange/replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Banetion.com
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override Exchange/ Returns Policy.

Products for sale can have a shelf life of 6-12 months.
